Lots range in size from 370m2 to 564m2 and range in price from $555,000. Lots in Stage 2 are Titled meaning you can build now. Stage 3 is under construction with titles anticipated September 2026.

Step 1: Download and complete the Stage 2 & 3A Expression of Interest Form indicating your preferred lots in the application.
Step 2: Return your Ballot Application Form by email, send attachment to sales@realtimerealty.com.au before 11am AWST on Thursday 29 Jan 2026.

We will review all applications at this time and contact parties accordingly to proceed with contracts or provide feedback. When completing the application form, you will have the opportunity to:
• Select your top 3 lots.
• Add your personal details.

Please be ready to answer the phone between 10am and 5pm AWST on Saturday, 31 January 2026.
On release day, the sales team will call registered parties between 10am and 5pm AWST until all lots are allocated. Ensure you are contactable during this time. You will be called twice; missing both calls means losing your opportunity for this release.
